With The DTNA eComponents Web Site...

"We Work Better Together!"

 

 

                Last week, here at the Daimler Trucks North America Corporate Office, in Portland, Oregon (USA), I had the pleasure of meeting with a Shop Foreman at an extremely busy Western Star dealership…

 

                Our conversation was focused around turn-around time at his dealership and the importance of the DTNA eComponents web site in that process. I must say that I was a bit in awe when he shared with me how much his parts people and fellow technicians use and rely upon the information contained on the DTNA eComponents web site. I was also convicted by the fact that there was information needed that was not on the DTNA eComponents web site…

 

                As I spoke with this particular Shop Foreman about the needed information and about how his technicians use the site, I came out of our meeting with items to add to the site so that he and others at his dealership can do their jobs a little bit easier and I have since been focusing on adding the items that he has requested to be on the site…

 

                I am committed to making his job of finding electrical connectors and piece parts easier…

 

                The same goes for each one of you…
